All products and services listed in this agreement are subject to the terms and conditions listed in the Umbrellus LLC “Website Development Agreement”. Umbrellus and the client below are bound to this agreement.
The above features are included in the website development work order. A half deposit is due at signing of the work order. Any other features or add-ons are subject to extra fees and charges at the discretion of the Company.
This order will be executed today 08/11/2020 and work on the website structure will be completed by
dependent on obtaining information in a timely fashion from the Customer. Additional pictures and products will be added as they become available and are sent through a change order to the Company’s Email. Failure to make payment by the completion date will result in any web design work done by the Company to be removed from the internet until final payment is made.
